Septum! They're the one facial piercing that's super easy to hide. All you have to do is wear a retainer or a circular barbell and flip it up. If curved barbells aren't your thing you can always get clickers, CBR, or the full circles (I don't know what they're called, but I believe that's different than clickers as clickers have a straight end, right?) and wear them when you don't work.

There's also nostril studs that try to match skin tone and texture. If the mole bothers you, you might not feel too great with that stud. I bet it looks fine though, I have one on my cheek.

Looks great! I have a huge nose, and I wish I could do something like that to make it look nicer :P I have a big mole on one side and a conservative career path, so I don't see nice nostril piercings in my future.
