I m 40/m. I pierced my septum at the age of 16 with a safety pin. Till now I pierced my septum for 4 times. I put 4 silver ring into the holes at sleeping time. Morning replace the rings with thin neem stick. I also pierced my ears 5 times, 2 lob, 3 helix.

Beside making a woman's face look prettier and family traditions. Very few young women wear nose pins on both sides or septum. It makes the face looks radiant and beautiful. Let us hope more and more ladies start wearing nose studs on both nostrils and septum after c your photo. As along as it fits our face, no matter how others, we think, think of us.
