Where can I find a nose bone ring with an attached half hoop?

I struggle with using corkscrews and L shape nose rings. I have never been able to successfully put in my own corkscrew. I have found great success with straight nose bones though.

I'm hoping to get the look of a hoop without having to worry about twisting the curve into my piercing. Chances are very high that I would be unsuccessful due to my past history. I know there are half hoops.

I was wondering if there was such a thing as a nose bone with an attached half hoop? It'll give you the look of a hoop but enter like a bone ring.
