Will something bad happen? nose piercing

Got my piercing on March 30th.
And its the April 5th. I was doing my normal routine for cleaning my nostril piercing and I was getting this crusty that was on my L shape and it was far back that I had to press a little hard and it kinda pushed out and turned a little. So I got a few clean q tips soaked in seasalt solution I got that crusty off while it was sideways in my nose and did a double cleaning of where it normally is. I clean outside to with different q tips and then I used a q tip soaked in my solution to move it back it place. First time it happened and its still newly done. So my question is was that wrong of my to put it back in the way I did and is there a chance for it to get infected now?
